How to Order
Online: Order securely through my online shopping cart. Add items to your cart by clicking the "add to
cart" buttons. To view items in your cart and/or checkout, click the "view Cart" link.
Once you have placed your order using your credit card, you will receive an order confirmation email provided you have entered
your email address.

of questions. Remember, I accept all credit cards by telephone, and PayPal. I will accept cashier's
checks and money orders. Your item will be shipped when payment is recieved and successfully processed.

when you use the shopping cart. We also accept Discover and American Express by calling 1-817-313-3820 and placing
your order over the phone.
Shipping / Delivery
Shipping
I ship all U.S. packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail. All packages
are automatically insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
If there is a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct
shipping address and telephone number.
Delivery
Aviliable items are usually shipped within
3-5 days of purchase. If you have requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending
on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order I will do my best to ship as quickly
as possible.
Item Availability & Pricing
All of the pieces I offer
for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind. I will try to be quick to update the site as soon as items are sold.
If, however I am not fast enough, and the piece you have ordered has sold and is unavailable, I will email you to let you
know. If your credit card has been charged through PayPal, I will make arrangements to have the amount refunded.
It may be possible for me to make another in the same style and with the same or similar gemstones, colors, etc. I will
let you know this also in my email and you can decide.
Prices are subject to change based on the current market
price of sterling silver, gold, gemstone beads , findings and other supplies.
Special Requests / Commissions
I welcome
commissions and special requests! Let me know what style Bracelets, Necklaces,Rings, Pendants, Earrings and materials
you are interested in and I will let you know the cost, stone availablity, and how long it will take to complete. I
require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all commissions and special requests. All commission and special request sales
are final.
Return Policy
We stand behind all of our work. If an item you have
purchased is not as represented and you are not satisfied, you can return the item for credit or refund within 30 days of
purchase. Please call or e-mail me before returning an item. If your item should break because of a defect
within 30 days of reciept, just return it to me (with all of its original pieces), and I will fix it for you.
All you pay for is shipping.

information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by you is only used solely for
the purpose of completing the order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared
with any other company for any reason.
